Sesamin and sesamolin were studied extensively for their anti-cancer ability in two major antioxidants in sesame seeds.

We can both promote cancer cell death and delay tumor growth.

Although the current test tube and animal research are encouraging, more human studies are needed.

Helps Protect Liver and Kidney Function
